On Friday March 9th 2007 at 7:20 am we were fortunate enough to join ten other ‘adventurers’ to embark on the now famous Story Bridge Adventure Climb.  May I steal the words of the ‘Toyota’ advertisement from the television and say, “OH WHAT A FEELING!!!” I would like to praise your staff for their excellent ‘people skills’.  The ladies at the registration desk were more than obliging to assist us with all the queries we had and were pleasant in nature as well with their responses. Also, how could I forget to mention our marvellous climb leader Tip?  From the time we met Tip, we had no qualms about doing the climb as he made us feel at ease and in safe hands. The climb we participated in was never to be forgotten and we appreciate the efforts of your staff.  We will certainly be spreading the word amongst our friends and acquaintances.  We have discussed doing the night climb and will definitely be taking it on in the near future. Meet Joy and Peter Wilson.. Joy and Peter decided to climb to celebrate Peters 80th birthday, they said that their guide Ashleigh was so informative and the entire experience was "just inspiring" as they were "so well looked after". Joy continued to say, "a wonderful way to celebrate eighty years of life. We believe life is a challenge and the Story Bridge was one!".

Meet Leown Russell.. Even though I have been living in Melbourne for the past 9 years, I was born in Brisbane, and the Story Bridge has always been my favourite bridge. In the past, I had often looked up at the construction and thought to myself how lovely it would be to climb it. So when I saw it advertised in the RACV magazine this year, I jumped at the chance. The experience was fantastic, and I could hardly believe I was actually finally climbing my favourite bridge. Our guide Simon was great and informative, and he looked after us very well. It was such a great view from the top and to stand over the passing traffic was exhilarating. I think that I had a smile on my face the entire trip.

Meet Karly and Yvette.... To Whom it may concern   I would like to express my thanks to the team at the Story Bridge Adventure Climb. My best friend and myself enjoyed the climb for the 5.20pm climb on 30/9/06. We had the absolute best time and have been raving about it ever since. I would like to make a special mention to Steve (our climb instructor) he made the experience that much better with his light hearted sense of humor and excellent knowledge of the bridge and the city. I would also like to thank the two ladies that were working the front counter from at least 5pm right up until 8pm when we came off the climb on the 30th Sept (I am unsure of their names) however they provided exceptional customer service and were friendly and reassuring at all times. I felt it necessary to pass on our thanks to you regarding the excellent experience and your fabulous staff. Please pass on my compliments to these wonderful people. We will be recommending the climb to everyone and will no doubt be back to enjoy it again.
