When you are sure everything is in order, simply sign and date the back of the card. Your card will be activated from the first time it is used and will allow admission to each attraction once over the following consecutive 5 days. Please note that once your smartcard has been signed, we are unable to change, cancel or refund your order. (Cards are valid for 12 twelve months from the date of purchase. Cards are valid for 5 days from the date of first use).   At the attraction simply go to the prepaid ticket window or admission point and show your card. Admissions staff will record your card and show you straight through. A limited number of attractions have restricted access so you may need to phone in advance to arrange entry. As is the case for us, where you will need to phone and make a booking for your climb date and time in advance. Please note there is no readmission. 1. This product is provided by Smartvisit Solutions Australia (ABN 46 096 253 093) of Suite 303, 272 Pacific Hwy Crows Nest NSW 2065. 2. You must read these terms and conditions carefully before accepting possession of the Brisbane Five In One Pass (Pass). Upon purchase of the Pass, you will have been provided with a Brisbane Five In One card (Card) and a Five In One Brochure (Brochure). 3. By purchasing or accepting possession of the Pass you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 4. You agree that use of the Pass and nothing in these terms and conditions constitutes a relationship of partnership, agency trust or fiduciaries between you and us. 5. The Pass gives you the opportunity to receive certain benefits when you visit certain attractions (Merchants). Benefits may be obtained only upon the redemption of Brisbane Five In One tokens (Tokens) which have been loaded onto the card. The decision to take advantage of these opportunities is strictly at your discretion and any unused benefits at the time of expiry of the Pass or will not be refundable or transferable onto another Pass. 6. The Pass expires at the earlier of five days (5) from the date of the first use of the Pass or twelve months from the date of purchase of the pass. 7. The Pass is not refundable and no replacements or refunds are offered for lost or stollen Passes and the Pass is not valid for any same day return visit to any merchant. 8. The Brochure merely provides information relating to certain merchansts and the benefits that may be offered if the pass is valid and upon redemption of Tokens. We have taken best endeavors to ensure that the benefits noted in the brochure are current at the date of publication of the brochure, but however, such benefits may be varied at the discretion of the Merchants. We take no responsibility for the conduct, quality, availability or any other thing related to the benefits available from the use of the Pass. Before relying on any information provided, such as opening times of the attractions, you should confirm their authenticity by contacting the Merchant. 9. Use of the Pass is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy and completeness of any material in the brochure or that the Pass or the benefits offered by the Pass will attain any particular service standards, be free from defects or be fit for any particular use. We limit our liability for warranties implied by statute or otherwise to resupplying the relevant services. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability arising out of or consequent to your use of the Pass or Brochure. 10. You indemnify us against any loss or damage suffered by us or any third party as a result of your use of the Pass or the Brochure or breach of any of these terms and conditions. 11. All intellectual property rights used or embodied in or in connection with the Pass, Brochure or related material is owned or licensed to us. You must not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt or in any way interfere with such intellectual property rights.
